Even though there were multiple visits before I purchased my 2021 Silverado I never felt pressured that I had to make a purchase. Each visit contained a detailed explanation of what would be included in all the options I inquired about including the related cost. When I finally purchased the vehicle there was even follow up messages keeping me updated on the progress that was being made so I never had to make an inquiry. Once the delivery occurred I decided to add a few items still hoping to have the vehicle by the weekend, it was mentioned that they would do their best and they did.
