Even though there were multiple visits before I purchased my 2021 Silverado I never felt pressured that I had to make a purchase. Each visit contained a detailed explanation of what would be included in all the options I inquired about including the related cost. When I finally purchased the vehicle there was even follow up messages keeping me updated on the progress that was being made so I never had to make an inquiry. Once the delivery occurred I decided to add a few items still hoping to have the vehicle by the weekend, it was mentioned that they would do their best and they did. Finally the time came to pick up the truck which concluded with a very detailed review of all the items within the vehicle.
Great experience, one that would share with others.
